In Cupertino California, at the company’s
headquarters, the devices will be revealed.
“Apple
will launch two new iPhones on September 20: a low-cost 5C starting at $99 and
a higher-end 5S that features a Touch ID fingerprint sensor,” said USA Today.
The 5C, that stands for iPhone 5 color, will possess
many similar features as the iPhone 5 and will also come in the following five
colors: white, pink, yellow, blue, and green.
“The front is one glass multi-touch surface. "No
seams or joints." Wallpaper is color-matched, "an experience of
color." Custom cases are made of soft feel silicone rubber; cases have
color but also circular cutouts that let color of iPhone5C to show through.
"You'll be blown away by the quality of it." 4-inch Retina display;
Apple designed A6 chip inside. Battery is slightly larger than that one in
iPhone5. 8 MP camera, with 3x video zoom,” said Schiller about the 5C.
The
5S will obtain many upgrades to the camera, the option to unlock your phone or make iTunes purchases
with a fingerprint identity sensor, and a faster A7 processor with M7
coprocessor.
"The second is the iPhone5S, the most
forward-thinking phone that perhaps anyone has ever made. It's the most
stunning phone design of anything in the industry,” said Schiller.
There is no surprise to this reveal, as we know Apple is always improving their products. This leaves me wondering, will there be an iPhone 6?
