5 Old Kid Shows that aren't on TV Anymore

1.     Drake and Josh-
This show was, and still is, my favorite. It is about two boys with completely different personalities who become stepbrothers. They have to learn to live together and how to get along. While doing this, they face many obstacles, including Drake’s younger sister Megan. She is always thinking of new stunts to pull to get the boys to turn on each other, but in the end, they always find a way to get through it and make up.

2.     Hannah Montana-
This show was great because even though she was a secret pop star, Miley always had time for her family and friends. She led a double life, and was always worried that people would discover she was Hannah Montana and they would not treat her the same. However, she told her closest friends and they helped her get through high school as a normal person, and they were by her side when she was Hannah Montana.

3.     The Suite Life of Zack and Cody-
This show was centered around two twin boys who live in the hotel their single mother preforms in. They are always causing trouble, and the hotel manager is always getting onto them about their “shenanigans”. Their friends at the hotel consist of the candy counter girl, the janitor, the bellboy, and the hotel heiress. This show told me that there could be a home and a family no matter where you live.

4.     The Amanda Show-
This show was crazy. It started with Amanda, who would stand and talk to the audience, and then there would be several sketches that she, and other cast members, starred in. These skits included hillbillies, popular girls in the bathroom, klutzy families, commercials, judges, and many more. My favorite was always Judge Trudy, because her cases were always adults against kids, and she would rule in favor of the kids. At the end of each court dismissal, she would bring out the dancing lobsters and everyone would dance around.

5.     That’s so Raven-
This show was centered around Raven, a teenager with supernatural powers that enabled her to have visions and see the possible future. However, if people made different decisions than what her vision predicted, then the visions and the outcomes would change. Due to this, if the vision she saw was not in favor of her or her friends, she made an elaborate plan that often included dressing up and sneaking in places to try and fix it. I always liked this show because it showed how crazy Raven’s life was while dealing with her friends, family, and hiding the fact that she could see the future from everyone except her two closest friends.
