Eating right is one hard thing for everyone to do because of the fact people constantly is going and are always out and about. On the go 24/7 and having nothing to eat but fast food and soggy snacks gets pretty disgusting and unhealthy. That is why it is good to make ON-THE-GO healthy snacks for everyone to eat. It can get pretty expensive, but would you rather eat wrong and die early or eat right to live long? Sports are a number one thing that prevents people from being able to eat healthy because all they usually have to eat is concession food and fast food. Being able to bring healthy snacks that will give you protein and energy to play your best is the way to go.
Basketball is a hard sport for kids and their parents to bring healthy snacks to a game due to them usually being in a hot gym where food and ice can melt and go bad.
