Minecraft: Skyrim DLC


A $3.99 Skyrim DLC (downloadable content) for Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition is set to release soon.  Minecon goers were able to get their hands on the DLC November 2nd and 3rd.  The Skyrim pack includes the following:
  • An exclusive Skyrim-themed texture set
  • 40 character skins
  • Themed menus and user interface
  • Exclusive craftable items
  • More than 20 iconic selections from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim original game soundtrack
The DLC completely immerses players by including a pre-made world that re-creates areas from Elder Scrolls’ land of Skyrim. Whiterun, Riverwood, and Bleak Falls Barrow are all included within this pre-made world.
Although revealed at Minecon a few days ago, there is no word as to when the DLC will be accessible to the public.
Nick Weir, sophomore at South Doyle Highschool, mentioned his excitement for the upcoming DLC. “I can’t wait! I’m buying it as soon as it comes out!”
