            What I would do is just ask him if he is interested. You should practice what you’re going to say to him and find the right time and just do it.

Dear Allie,

This cold and gloomy weather is making me really tired during school. How would you suggest I stay awake even though all I want to do is wear my sweatpants and snuggle in a blanket with my favorite tv show on?

            I feel the same way since the weather has changed! What helps me is to dress warm, eat a good breakfast, and try to be in a good mood. I hope you adjust to the weather soon!

            My group of friends keep hanging out without me, I don’t know if I’ve done to make them mad. But my feelings are hurt, what do I do?

Dear lostANDinsecure,

            You are probably not seeing the whole picture. Once over the summer I felt the same way and it turned out that all my friends had been planning my surprise birthday party! So don’t over exaggerate anything and just ask them about it and see what they say.
