Giving thanks


I am thankful for the clothes on my back
I am thankful for the friends by my side
I am thankful for the things that I lack
I am thankful cause I will earn them in stride

I am thankful for the clothes I have because some have none
I am thankful for the friends by my side because they’re hard to come by
I am thankful for the things that I lack because I will earn them with my hard work over time
