Dear Lucy & Lauren


Dear Lauren,
            I received my class schedule for next year, and I don’t like some of my classes. How do I change them?

Dear Young One,
            Each grade has a counselor that is usually here at school. Ask the office or a teacher what your counselors name is, and set up an appointment with them to discuss a class change: before or after school. Make sure you also have a legitimate reason for wanting a class change. If you do not then they will not let you change your schedule.

            Prom is this Saturday, and I ordered a dress online over spring break. It still hasn’t arrived. Should I start looking for another dress just in case?

Dear Hopeless Junior,
            I would definitely start looking for another dress. Considering you ordered it that means you really do not know if it is going to fit correctly. Also, if it never shows up you will be really stressed out Saturday when you do not have a dress. Just go find a cheap dress that you like, and buy it. If the other one comes in, then you can return it or sell it. Do not wait and end up having an overload of stress Saturday because it will be stressful enough. Trust me; I know what I am talking about.
