1. Knoxville Symphony Orchestra:
Cirque de la Symphonie- This event
will be held on Saturday, May 10 at 8:00pm. It will be in the Civic Auditorium,
which is in Downtown Knoxville. “It is an elegant adaptation
of some of the most amazing cirque acts performed on a stage shared with
the full symphony orchestra, showcasing many of the best artists in the world”,
says the orchestra website. The audience will have the chance to experience
acrobats, aerial flyers, contortionists, dancers, jugglers, and balancers. For

2. Vestival- This is the 14th annual Vestival,
which is South Knoxville’s Art and Heritage Festival. It will be held Saturday,
May 10 from 11:00am to 7:00pm on the grounds of the historic Candoro Marble
Factory showroom in the Vestal neighborhood of South Knoxville. There will be
several musical performances throughout the festival, and Circle Modern Dance
and Dragonfly Aerial Arts will also be performing. There will be several
vendors set up selling local arts and crafts, plants, food items, jewelry, and more.
Shuttles will be available to those attending Vestival since there is limited
parking. They will pick up from the parking lot of the Disc Exchange on Chapman
Highway and the sit of the former Big Lots on Moody Avenue. For more

3. Monty Python’s
“Spamalot”- This show will be put
on two times over the weekend- once on Saturday and once on Sunday. “[This is]
A new musical lovingly ripped off from the motion picture Monty Python and the
Holy Grail. This Broadway smash features flying cows, killer rabbits, taunting
Frenchmen and show-stopping musical numbers”, says the event page. The show
